A Tucson man pleaded guilty this week to seven felony counts under three separate cases, the Pima County Attorney’s Office says.
Dylan McGuffin pled guilty Wednesday to two counts of armed robbery, a count of burglary in the third degree, robbery, and aggravated robbery.
Those cases, according to prosecutors: On March 22, McGuffin committed an armed robbery with a real or simulated handgun at a Circle K; On April 10th he went behind the counter to steal items at a Circle K; On April 19th, he robbed the same Circle K clerk from March 22nd with a knife; On April 30th he robbed a different Circle K clerk; On May 7th he robbed a third Circle K clerk with an accomplice.
On May 18, 2018, McGuffin burglarized a residence while the victim came home and found him leaving her house. He pled guilty to burglary in the second degree.
On May 23, McGuffin was driving a stolen vehicle. He pleaded guilty to theft of means of transportation.
Deputy County Attorney Soo Conatser prosecuted the cases. Sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 24.
