Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona
Mission: The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona responds to the root causes of hunger and seeks to restore dignity, health, opportunity and hope to people living in poverty. Our mission is to change lives in the communities we serve by feeding the hungry today, and building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow.
Wish List: Nonperishable food items and most needed include peanut butter; cereal; canned tuna and chicken; canned soups, canned fruits and vegetables; rice, beans, and pasta; canned tomato products. The food bank also needs bilingual volunteers, please email volunteer@communityfoodbank.org
Address: Donations are accepted at the Community Food Bank at 3003 S. Country Club from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or at branches in Marana, Nogales, Green Valley and Amado. Also, a list of drop-off locations may be found at www.communityfoodbank.org under the “Get Involved” tab. Online donations can be made at www.communityfoodbank.org and every dollar donated provides four meals.
