Meet Me at Maynards social walk/run brought in 340 people on April 5, 2021, after a long hiatus since the pandemic shutdown brought the event to a halt in 2020. Meet Me at Maynards is now a program of the Beyond Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to improving the health and well-being of the Tucson community. As the Tucson City Council is set to vote on increasing water costs for residents in unincorporated county areas, the Pima County Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to oppose differential water rates.
