University of Arizona volleyball coach Dave Rubio retired in 2023 after 31 years with the team.
βItβs a little bittersweet when youβve been doing something for so long and finally feel itβs time to move on to a different chapter in your life,β Rubio, the longest-tenured coach at Arizona and winningest volleyball coach in program history, told ESPN Tucson. βIβve certainly been very fortunate to be here at the University of Arizona for as long as I have been.β
