Two separate wildfires this month in the Coronado National Forest burned an estimated 900 acres combined.

The "Molino 3" wildfire was first spotted Sept. 7 on the ridge line above Molino Basin, according to the Coronado National Forest Service. A final update for the wildfire Sept. 9 said it had burned about 485 acres, officials said.

The cause of the "Molino 3" wildfire is currently under investigation, a spokeswoman for the Forest Service said Friday.

The "Bolt" wildfire was first spotted on Sept. 14 in a remote area of the Rincon Mountains, with an estimated size of about 75 acres, according to CNF officials. 

As of Thursday, the "Bolt" fire was 75% contained, according to the Arizona Wildfire Dashboard. No information on the "Molino 3" fire is available on the dashboard.

In total, the "Bolt" wildfire burned about 415 acres, Forest Service officials said. Its cause is currently under investigation, a spokeswoman for the Coronado National Forest Service said Friday.
