Shombay the lion accepts treatment

Shombay is treated with subcutaneous fluids. He accepts the treatment voluntarily. This fluid gives him a normal life despite his kidney disease. His trainer, Alec Young spent months building a rapport with Shombay until the lion accepted the needle and fluids. Video courtesy of the Reid Park Zoo.
