The one and only scheduled debate between the two women vying to become Arizona’s next senator will not be on any local channel tonight here in Tucson.
The hour-long debate between Tucson Congresswoman Martha McSally, a Republican, and Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, a Phoenix Democrat, will only be available locally by streaming the event online at azpbs.org starting at 6 p.m.
Cable channel C-SPAN is also scheduled to broadcast the debate tonight, although other recent Arizona debates that were planned to be broadcasted live were delayed at the last minute.
Arizona Public Media, which runs the local PBS channel, is scheduled to rebroadcast the Sinema-McSally debate later this week.
