Get a better understanding about brain health and a free memory screening during a bilingual community expo.

The “Brain Health Expo” is being put on by the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 2626 E. River Road.

You can take part in chair yoga and other activities in English and Spanish, including a presentation, “8 Steps to Brain Health,” by Dr. Steven Rapcsak and Dr. Jeremy Pruzin, a news release said.

A Dementia Friends workshop will help attendees learn about what it’s like to live with dementia.

Though the event is free, registration is required by calling 800-230-2273 or online at tucne.ws/1oju.
