A dog was rescued from a storm drain in midtown Tuesday, officials say.
The dog was spotted in the drain in the 5400 block of East Williams Boulevard, near East Broadway and South Craycroft Road, police said in a Facebook post.
Officers, firefighters and members of the public worked together to get the dog out. One person even used lunch to lure the dog, police said.
The dog lacked tags so it was turned over to Pima Animal Care Center.
