The intersection at South Kolb and East Escalante roads is closed after a crash Tuesday afternoon, officials say.
The crash involved a semi truck and passenger car, according to the Tucson Police Department.
The intersection was closed shortly before 5 p.m. and could remain closed for hours, according to TPD.
The extent of injuries is unknown.
