A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being struck late Friday near East Prince Road and North Campbell Avenue.

Tucson police were investigating a hit-and-run crash Friday night that left a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries, officials say.

No details about the crash had been released Saturday morning.

However, Sgt. Pete Dugan said the crash prompted police to close a portion of East Prince Road and North Campbell Avenue late Friday.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
