The sun'll come out tomorrow, you can bet your bottom dollar on that. In Tucson, the heat is no laughing matter. Make sure you stay hydrated, put on sunscreen and don't try to play sports or go hiking outside at high noon.

Temperatures can reach over 100 degrees most summer days. This year it even prompted several "excessive heat warnings" as temperatures reached 105 degrees consecutive days.

Hopefully Tuesday's expected high wasn't too bad for most Tucsonans, because it should be even hotter by this afternoon.

Wednesday's peak temperature could reach 106 degrees, which is still three degrees below the record high for June 12, the National Weather Service said.

We should experience these hot temperatures again tomorrow before a welcomed return to normal.

High: 106

Low: 74
