SOUND UP: Locally owned toy store Mildred and Dildred has moved from La Encantada to 1725 N. Swan Road, near Pima Street. While the new location was originally planned to be a second store in town, owner Autumn Ruhe decided to consolidate into the store on Swan due to the pandemic. 1725 N. Swan Road used to be home to Kid's Center, another local toy store which closed in 2019 when the owners retired. (Josh Galemore / Arizona Daily Star)
