Gov. Doug Ducey said he would reconsider approving a federally run vaccine site in Pima County, but would rather have the doses supplying the site given to the state for distribution.
Pima County prepared to seek congressional help to get FEMA site here if governor rejects federal help.
It's billed as simply an effort to ensure consistency in medical practice. But it would have the effect of precluding local governments from banning the controversial practice of "conversion therapy.''
