It's official, everyone. Today's the first day of winter. But don't expect any freezing temperatures.

Today's high temperature is 77 degrees. Although Tucson's winter is typically warmer than many places (here are 23 funny memes that basically sum it up), the National Weather Service says today's high temperature is above normal for this time of the year.

But the warm weather won't last forever. Temperatures will start to decrease a bit tomorrow, and even more around Christmas.
