The Sun Link streetcar is switching to shorter summer hours Thursday, and that means there won’t be a ride waiting for you if you decide to close down the bars.
Service on Thursdays will end at 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday night service will end at midnight. The schedules for Sunday (service ends at 8 p.m.) and Monday through Wednesday (10 p.m.) are unchanged.
With the University of Arizona on break, demand for the streetcar drops during the summer months. The modified schedule is effective until Aug. 15.
