I couldn't agree more...tone down the political rhetoric. And, I would do it in a heartbeat, but it is hard for me to do that when the political rhetoric coming from the So-Called President has caused increased acts of hate crimes, and, in recent months, deaths. No one from the Republican party is coming out and saying how terrible it was that two men from India were shot in a bar because the shooter thought they were Muslim. No Republican said "tone down the rhetoric" when a black man was stabbed on a college campus waiting for a bus by a white student. I did hear a lot of emotion on both sides when two men were stabbed to death and one seriously injured while trying to stop a man who was berating two young women of color in Portland...but, no one said "tone down the rhetoric." SAD!
