Re: the March 12 Editor's Note "Dear Cayleb: You're right, let's celebrate acts of kindness in Tucson"
I wanted to thank Cayleb for writing to the Star with his idea of having a way to accentuate the positive things we normally don't read about in the newspaper. I also want to thank Ms. Spitz ( the alliteration was pretty cool by the way ) for her decision to have this forum available to the Star's readership.
About a year ago I mentioned to a fellow church member ( Sterling who has since passed away ) that I didn't have gas money to go to Tuesday evening Bible study. The next Sunday in church Sterling casually handed me a one-hundred dollar bill. He didn't have it to give really, but that was who he was. Acts of kindness happen every day. We readers need to know about them.
