Letter: Fire PACC workers who left dogs in vans

Re: the Oct. 2 "Firing, reinstatement at animal center bring new look at protocols"

If I left my dog in a hot van without food or water I would be charged with animal cruelty. I cannot understand why the two PACC employees who left dogs in animal control vans for days were not immediately fired and charged with animal cruelty.
