The year 1936 called and it wants Bill Montgomery, the Maricopa County Attorney, to come home! There he can express his undying support for the most important public service message of the century, the cult movie classic "Reefer Madness." Today, 2016, should represent the evolution of the status of marijuana from the scourge of society to a positive benefit for many of its citizens.
