Re: the March 21 article "City's 'hybrid' voting gets OK"

The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed Tucson's voting system for City Council to stand as it has for the past 88 years. The system is neither unusual or illegal, the highest court has affirmed. Those who don't win elections have challenged a system where they don't win. Let it be known that good candidates win elections. Usually. In this year's Council races, it appears that two incumbents may be running unopposed. As they say with the lottery, you can't win if you don't play.
