Donald Trump has been selected by a majority of voters to be our president for the next four years. I think it is likely that many of these voters will experience “buyer's remorse” before his term is ended.
Global warming: Trump views climate change as a hoax, that burning of fossil fuels does not contribute to the problem. So, there will be no action to slow the warming of the planet – fires, droughts, floods and hurricanes will continue to be more frequent. Many will be sorry.
Inflation: Cutting taxes, deporting millions of workers, and using tariffs to increase government revenues will all be inflationary. Many will be sorry.
Health Insurance: Trump vows to end “Obamacare” and replace it with “something better.” Those voters with pre-existing conditions will be sorry.
There is more, much more, but that will be enough to cause many supporters to experience “buyer's remorse” before his four-year term closes out.
