While this article focused on the controversy between the prior and current Pima County Attorneys, I believe more emphasis should have been put on the enormous intentional misconduct of the Pima County prosecutor and staff in the 1970-1972 pre-trial, trial and post-trial prosecution. This would tend to explain the concerns expressed by the current head of the office.
