UBER has long operated by ignoring any kind of regulations. Regulations that traditional livery companies have followed. But the fact that they are lobbying to eliminate an important safety regulation is beyond belief. Not only should they not be excused from safety inspections, this obnoxious company should be barred from operating in Arizona
