The Governor doesn't quite know why he likes tax cuts, but whether or not there is anything good in the details-he likes them! He follows the Koch ALEC Playbook to a "T" even after Go.v Brownback of Kansas did so and almost bankrupted the state and destroyed their bonds. He has been using that strategy slowly here by cutting taxes to large corporations, then finding no money for education while opening his magic pocketbook and paying hefty raises to his staff. He encourages Congress and the White House to do the same with the entire country reminding me of the phrase, "Those who do not study history are destined to repeat it."
