Yes, needed good advice for drivers. It should be given nation-wide. The other piece of advice that should be ingrained, best would be taught in our schools, is to never in any way appear to be acting in a manner that a police officer could construe as a threat to him, for if you stupidly do, he will have to react instinctively to protect himself and you'll suffer for your silliness. Ditto for those silly, arrogant individuals who "assert their rights" with their resisting arrest nonsense . . . it only results in their own being harmed. I've lived around the world and the smart way to continue to live a long life is to NOT appear to be a threat either law enforcement officers or the armed military.
