David Fitzsimmons' article about his growing up as an "Air Force brat" resounded in an age of bigotry, unfortunately perpetuated those we look up to in Washington. Fitzsimmons never ceases to amaze, occasionally showing a side of him that forces one to realize that he is not all humorous and caustic.
