Palo Verde grad Cotton signs with home-state teamย 

When the Phoenix Suns signed Palo Verde High School gradย Bryce Cottonย last week, the point guard was averaging 22 points and shooting 58.7 percent from the field for the NBA D-Leagueโ€™s Austin Spurs. Cotton signed a nonguaranteed contract for the NBA minimum salary for a second-year player, or about $600,000 per season.ย
