I’m numb to the many (and some awful) uniform designs and changes in college football, but the uni’s Arizona State wore in Saturday’s game against Notre Dame appeared to be borrowed from the Wyoming Cowboys. Game after game, I come to appreciate the simple and traditional all-whites with blue trim Penn State has worn for years.
