Why you seek re-election: I am honored that the voters of District 5 have elected me four times to be their representative on the Board of Supervisors. I stand for a clean and healthy Sonoran Desert environment that our children and grandchildren can enjoy. I stand for a vibrant economy that benefits all, including working families who require good wages and vital benefits in order to thrive. I stand for the provision of quality public services and amenities that are key to every County resident. I provide Pima County with a progressive voice and a careful, reasoned approach to decisions that affect taxpayers.
