Rincon graduate returns to tourney; ‘He touched the ball’ ref joining him
Rincon High grad Chris Rastatter was among the referees selected by the NCAA to work the ongoing tournament. It is Rastatter’s ninth consecutive year in the Big Dance; he worked his 16th career NCAA game Thursday, Butler against Texas. Rastatter is prohibited from working Arizona games by the Pac-12, and that mandate applies to the NCAA tournament as well.
