Arizona Wildcats quarterback Anu Solomon is not suited up for tonight’s game against Arizona State at Arizona Stadium.

Solomon was listed as questionable on the injury report with a foot injury. He is in sweats with a walking boot on his left foot.

With Solomon out, Brandon Dawkins will make his ninth start of the season. Dawkins leads Arizona in rushing and passing but has only seven touchdown passes (and six interceptions).

In other lineup-related developments, it appears that DeAndre’ Miller will start at the β€œStud” linebacker position. John Kenny started the past two weeks while Miller, who’s been battling an ankle injury, played sparingly.

Jacob Alsadek lined up with the first team at right guard during warmups, suggesting he will return to the starting lineup. Alsadek has missed two of the past three games.

Tellas Jones is listed as the starter at β€œSpur” safety on the press-box flip chart, but freshman Tristan Cooper lined up with the first unit during the 7-on-7 portion of warmups.
