There’s a 75 percent chance that the Arizona Wildcats’ game at Oregon on Nov. 18 will kick off at 5 p.m. Pacific Time or earlier.
There’s a 25 percent chance it won’t.
There’s a 100 percent chance we won’t find out until this weekend.
The Pac-12’s TV partners have elected to use a six-day selection window to determine most of the conference’s start times for a week from Saturday.
Arizona-Oregon is one of four games subject to the six-day window. The others are Utah-Washington, UCLA-USC and Cal-Stanford.
Here’s the selection order (all times Pacific):
- ESPN/ABC, 12:30 or 5 p.m.
- Fox/FS1, 5 p.m. or 1 p.m.
- ESPN, 7:30 or 7:45 p.m.
- Pac-12 Networks, 4 p.m.
The schedule should be announced Sunday.
One game has been locked in: Arizona State at Oregon State will kick off at noon Pacific on Pac-12 Networks.
Arizona has yet to have an afternoon kickoff this season. Its earliest local start time has been 5 p.m.
