Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Jamarye Joiner underwent foot surgery in May for a Jones fracture, but the junior revealed on Monday that could've gotten the injury at some point of the 2019 season. Joiner said the discomfort in his foot was believed to be from "breaking in cleats," but it could've been a fracture. Joiner added the season getting delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic was a "blessing in disguise," because it allowed him to fully recovery from surgery.
