Arizona checked in at No. 12 in the latest AP Top 25 poll after the Wildcats (18-3) swept then No. 8 UCLA and USCΒ Β at McKale Center over the weekend.Β 

It's the highest ranking for the UA women's basketball team since 1998 when head coach Adia Barnes was a senior at Arizona.Β 

Arizona is now the fifth-highest ranked Pac-12 team in the AP Top 25, trailing No. 3 Oregon, No. 6 Stanford, No. 9 Oregon State and No. 10 UCLA.

The Wildcats will face No. 3 Oregon on Friday at 7 p.m. in Eugene and No. 9 Oregon State on Sunday at 1 p.m. in Corvallis. Arizona lost to both teams by a combined 9 points in January.
