Recruiting: Arizona making moves on its 2017 class

Arizona spring football is in full swing (sort of — the team will have been off a week when it returns on Saturday) and so is the UA coaching staff's early effort toward the 2017 recruiting class.

In the last 10 days, the Wildcats have offered (at least) 15 players scholarships, ranging from unrated Arizona legacy recruits (WR Jalen Harris, son of alum Sean Harris) to highly-touted 4-stars.

The re-occuring theme is as expected — most of the defensive players have the coveted size, and Arizona is targeting a lot of receivers and running backs, both positions of needs going forward. Also, there's a couple of offers to players from Northern California, an area Donte Williams told me he's working to make a name for himself like he has in Southern California.
