Arizona women's basketball coach Adia Barnes has picked up a pair of commitments for her roster from the Class of 2024: Serbian Katarina Knezevic and German Mailien Rolf.Β

Knezevic announced on Wednesday morning; Rolf on Thursday morning.Β

They join Lauryn Swann, a combo guard from Long Island Lutheran in the UA program's freshman class next fall. All of them will become official in the April signing period; that will be the first time Barnes can comment on the recruits.Β

Knezevic, a 6-0 forward, played for her national team last summer in the FIBA U18 Women's European Championship, where they won a bronze medal. She averaged 12.4 points, 6.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists. Footage of the event shows that she crashes the boards and isn't afraid to drive to the basket in traffic. She is now playing with the Serbian senior national team.Β Β

Knezevic does have a Wildcat connection. She played for Gran Canaria in Spain this season as a reserve behind former UA player Jade Loville. She averaged 4.4 points. Prior to this, Knezevic played for Partizan in the Serbian 1 ZLS and was the second-leading scorer in the league (18.7 points per game) and third in rebounds (9.1 per game). She led the team to the semifinals of the Serbian Cup.Β

Rolf is 5-11 point guard who played for Germany's U18 national team last summer in the FIBA European Championships. With U18 team she averaged 10 points, 4.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.3 steals. She also moved up to the U20 team.Β

She plays for Rhein-Main Baskets in Germany-2.Bundesliga league.Β
