Arizona Wildcats football

The December personnel shuffle continued deep into Friday for Arizona football.

Defensive back Canyon Moses became the third Wildcat defensive player to enter the NCAA transfer portal, joining safety Isaiah Taylor and linebacker Ammon Allen.

Meanwhile, two members of Arizona's 2024 recruiting class decommitted: three-star athlete Landon Bell and three-star cornerback Quimari Shemwell, who flipped his commitment to Utah.

Moses was part of the 2023 signing class. He did not make an appearance during his freshman season.

Moses is the fourth UA player to enter the portal, which officially opens for business Monday.

The decommitments of Bell and Shemwell leave Arizona at 19 verbal commitments for the class of '24. Early signing day is Dec. 20.
