Arizona picked up another defensive back in the transfer portal on Thursday, after former Colgate star Owen Goss announced on his social media pages that he's transferring to the Wildcats.

The fifth-year Goss was an All-Patriot League selection this past season at Colgate.

In the last three seasons, the 6-foot, 205-pound Goss, a Hinsdale, Illinois, native, totaled 115 tackles, three interceptions and 13 pass breakups for the Raiders; he also blocked three kicks this past season, which bodes well for a potential significant role in Arizona's special teams units. Goss' three blocked kicks against Bucknell earned him FCS Special Teams Player of the Week honors. Goss was also team captain for Colgate in his last season.

Arizona kicks off the season at Arizona Stadium against New Mexico on Aug. 31 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN.
