Maynard's Market & Kitchen is hosting its third annual Ice Cream Showdown, a cutthroat competition to find the best ice cream in Tucson. Actually, it's not that intense. It's the perfect event for children and families.
Your $10 ticket gets you 10 tastings of ice cream and gelato fromΒ Brushfire BBQ Co.,Β The Cup Cafe,Β HUB Ice Cream Factory,Β Isabella's Ice Cream,Β Maynards Market,Β Sullivan's Eatery & Creamery,Β Tazzina di Gelato, andΒ Screamery Ice Cream. If you run out of tastings, you can purchase additional tastings for $1. Compare that to the price of a regular scoop of ice cream, you're winning.Β
The best part of this event is that it benefits Ben's Bells by giving a portion of its ticket earnings and each $1 per additional tasting to the organization. Ben's Bells will also be there with Kind Crusader super heroes and an activity station for kids. That's not even the best part, Anna and Elsa will be there for pictures and meet & greets.
