The return of Hakaย
Back in early October, Arizona discontinued its pre-game tradition of the Haka dance after a petition signed by some native New Zealanders demanded it be discontinued for what they deemed was an โoffensiveโ interpretation.ย
Saturday, the Wildcats huddled up before the game and performed a modest re-imagining of the dance.
Letโs hope the un-needed hubbub doesnโt return this time around.ย
