It's getting close to bunny time! Here's a fast and easy way to bring Easter to a cupcake. Topped with cute little Cadbury Eggs, these sweet treats are great to bring to an Easter picnic or a teacher's classroom ...

Supplies and Ingredients

— Baking cups and muffin pan

— Boxed cake mix (don't forget to purchase the ingredients required to make cake mix on the back of the box)

— 1 container of green frosting (Walmart or Target)

— 16 ounce container of chocolate frosting. (Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy is easier to pipe, but whatever works for you.)

— Piping decorating kit with bags and piping tips (Walmart or Michaels)

— 10 ounce bag of Cadbury mini eggs

Directions

Place your baking cups in a muffin pan. Prepare cake mix according to the directions on the box. Bake and then let muffins cool and place in fridge for 30 min. Take cold muffins out of fridge and ice the top of the muffins with green frosting. Place back in fridge for 30 min.

Prep piping bags and tip with the chocolate frosting. Take muffins out of fridge and pipe circles to resemble a nest on top of each cupcake. Then place Cadbury mini eggs inside the circle/nest. Finally sit back and enjoy with friends and family.
