Living Out Loud AZ participates in outreach around Tucson.

There's a new wellness fair in town that's geared toward Tucson's youth.

The first ever Free on Fourth, hosted by Living Out Loud AZ, PPEP, SAAF, CODAC and Goodwill/Metro, will offer everything teens need to be healthy.

The main wellness components are free screenings, dental cleaning and free and confidential STD/HIV testing.

El Rio and Pima County Health Department will be on hand with wellness information and resources.

There will be a clothing swap, free hygiene kits, free haircuts and free food.

Entertainment is also planned. Local all-women surf rock group, The Surfbroads, will perform a set.

If you just want to help out, there are volunteer opportunities. Just show up at 12:30 p.m. for your assignment, which can be checking in vendors, setting up or passing out food.

"What inspired this was our collaboration with SAAF, PPEP and Goodwill Metro," said Tara Gardenhire, program coordinator for CODAC's Child & Family Services Department. "We wanted to make something fun and useful for the youth in our community to get connected to resources while having a good time in a nonthreatening environment."
