Ignite520 is back for its third year with speakers, mixers and networking (oh my!).

What is it? An opportunity to chat with other professionals, learn tips that could benefit your own professional development, and make a local connection you wouldn't otherwise. Who knows? You could meet your business partner there. Creatives, you're welcome to attend, too.

Check out the full schedule here.

The two-day conference is $45 for Tucson Young Professionals members and $75 for nonmembers. It pays for the sessions plus all the coffee you'll be drinking, lunch at MiAn, and the mixers.

You can expect ...

1. Fun.

Conferences can be boring but this one has TWO mixers. The opening mixer involves wine, beer and a scavenger hunt at Cartel Coffee Lab, 210 E. Broadway Blvd. And the closing mixer is an ironic adult party at Children's Museum Tucson, 200 S. Sixth Ave. Yes, there will be beer and wine at this one, too.

2. Options. So many session options.

"How to Tell Your Story & Not Suck" sounds promising. Or maybe "The Future is Female". But those are just two of the many sessions.

3. Coffee ☕

Every good conference has it. On Saturday, you can choose to drink coffee with community leaders or wake up by doing some downward dog.
