45th Annual Tucson Meet Yourself

Meet and shop from local artists, makers and restaurants. The annual event features more than 50 food booths, performers, folk artists, exhibits and activities for all ages.

The Loft Cinema will show films at 7 pm, Friday and Saturday nights of the festival in the Pima County Pavilion on Jácome Plaza. Films include: Selena Sing-along! Come sing along to the 1997 biopic and "Rumble: The Indians who Rocked the World." This 2017 feature documentary highlights the role of Native Americans in popular music history.

Where: Jacomé Plaza and the streets surrounding the downtown library. 

When: Friday and Saturday, Oct. 12-13, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 14, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Cost: Event is free to attend, but bring money for goodies.

Call of the Faeries

Dress up as one of your favorite fairy folk for the first ever fairy event happening downtown. Calling all goblins, trolls, fairies, elves and dragons to come help us celebrate. All creatures get to participate in treasure hunts, crafts, parade, prizes and the Luminaria

Where: The Beach, 55 N. Fifth Ave.

When: Saturday, Oct. 13, 3-10 p.m.

Cost: Event is free to attend, but bring some money for food trucks and fairy treasures.

Discover Local

From free booths and activities to mini workshops on glass blowing, worm composting and everything in between, you'll be able experience what it means to live local and have a positive impact on our community at Discover Local, the one day family-friendly kick-off event for the TENWEST Festival. The Tucson Museum of Art will also have activities and be open for free as part of Second Sundaze Family Day. BONUS TIP: This is right down the street from Tucson Meet Yourself. Hit ALL the festivals in one go.

This ten-day conference features over 100 different panels, family activities, creative mixers, music, arts and outdoor adventures to encourage curiosity and discovery in the arts, social impact, STEM, entrepreneurship, technology, and sustainability.

Oro Valley Music Festival

Haunted Hayrides in Oro Valley

Jump on the wagon for a spooky good time at the Steam Pump Ranch. You will see the walking dead and scary pop-ups while your guide tells you creepy folklore and stories.
