Tucsonan Abdirahman takes third at USA 25K ChampionshipsΒ
TucsonanΒ Abdi Abdirahman, who is training for a compelling run at the 2016 Rio Olympics, took a good step in that direction Saturday. He finished third at the USA 25K Championships in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Tucson High grad, who ran at Pima College and Arizona, is 38. He was on the U.S. Olympic team in 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012.Β
