Tucsonans Newcomb, Dompier honoredΒ
In a banquet last Sunday at Casino del Sol,Β Brent Newcomb, golf pro at Stone Canyon, was named professional of the year by the Southwest Section of the PGA, Southern Chapter. Newcomb is a Mountain View High grad. Skyline Country ClubβsΒ Chris Dompier, who has been outstanding on the regional pro golf circuit the last few years, was named Player of the Year. Dompier shot a 59 at Skyline three years ago.
