Tucsonans Timpf, Martinez put on award watch list
Sabino grad Jeremy Timpf of Army and CDO grad Blake Martinez of Stanford were named to the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list Saturday, as was Arizona junior Scooby Wright. It’s a college football award for defensive play and off-field achievement. Martinez made 102 tackles at Stanford last year; Timpf 117 at Army.
