Explore 4th ave. beyond booths

Ellen Kant, left, and Therese Long, visiting from Montana, check out quirky items in recycled art shop, Pop Cycle on North Fourth Avenue. The owners took advantage of the Modern Streetcar construction closures last year and nearly doubled their shop's retail space.

Businesses along North Fourth Avenue are bringing the deals for this weekend's Sizzling Summer Sale.

With more than 30 participating businesses, you can make a whole day of it — grab some lunch or a cocktail with your gal pals, get your hair done and get a new outfit, a good book or something for your home.

Here are some of the best deals. Click here for a full list.
