Years at UA: 1933-35

Accomplishments: Bland was a Little All-America selection in 1935. He was a three-time first-team All-Border Conference selection (1933, 1934, 1935). Bland ranks third in UA history for longest punt in a single game — he booted an 82-yard punt against San Diego State in 1934. He was inducted into the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame in 1980.
